As a Sales Consultant, you'll guide customers through the purchase of a brand-new vehicle, delivering a high-quality experience from first enquiry through to delivery. Your day-to-day will include
Engaging customers face-to-face, online and over the phone Understanding customer needs and presenting tailored vehicle solutions Managing enquiries,
test drives and follow-ups Working towards individual and team sales targets Maintaining accurate CRM and sales documentation Delivering a consistent, professional customer experience About you
