About the Role Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for manufacturing high-quality traffic signs and commercial signage products while supporting daily production targets.

Key responsibilities include:

Operating CNC routers and other production equipment





Using hydraulic benders, guillotines, riveters, saws, and hand and power tools

Light fabrication using aluminum, steel, Colorbond, and other substrates

Producing quality products to specification and schedule

Working collaboratively with other production team members

Maintaining safe work practices and housekeeping standards

Supporting continuous improvement initiatives

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

A solid work ethic and positive attitude

Mechanical aptitude and confidence using tools and machinery

High attention to detail

Good communication and teamwork skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards

Highly Regarded

CNC router operating experience

Signage manufacturing experience

Sheet metal or fabrication experience

Manufacturing or production experience
