We are partnering with a well-established integrated accounting and financial planning business an experienced professionals to join its Risk Insurance team:

Client Services Officer / Client Services Manager – 3–5+ years’ experience

With a large team the business has built an excellent reputation for growth, client service and developing its people internally. This is an opportunity to join an established team where you can take ownership of your work and continue progressing professionally.

The Opportunity Working closely with experienced Advisers, you will play a key role in managing the client service and administration process across personal insurance and risk advice.

Depending on your level of experience, responsibilities will include:

Managing the end-to-end administration and implementation of Risk Insurance advice

Preparing and processing new business, renewals and policy alterations

Managing insurance applications from submission through to completion

Liaising with clients, Advisers, insurers, underwriters and other stakeholders

Following up outstanding medical, underwriting and application requirements

Managing client queries and providing a high level of ongoing service

Preparing documentation and supporting Advisers throughout the advice process

Maintaining accurate client records, workflows and compliance documentation





Proactively managing deadlines and ensuring cases progress efficiently

Building strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders

About You We are looking for candidates who have built their experience specifically within Australian Financial Planning / Risk Insurance.

You will ideally bring:

3–5+ years’ experience for the CSO/CSM opportunity,

Strong experience supporting personal Risk Insurance advice

Knowledge across Life, TPD, Trauma and Income Protection insurance

Experience managing insurance applications and underwriting requirements

Strong client relationship and communication skills

Confidence liaising directly with insurers, underwriters and Advisers

Excellent organisation and attention to detail

The ability to manage multiple applications and priorities simultaneously

A proactive, skilled and team-focused approach
