As an HR Administrator, you'll provide essential support across our workforce, helping ensure our employees have a positive and seamless experience throughout their employment journey. No two days are the same, and you'll gain valuable exposure to all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
Maintaining employee records and systems
Assisting with workforce governance requirements
Preparing employment contracts, letters and HR documentation
Assisting with training, learning and development administration
Providing day-to-day support to employees and leaders on HR-related enquiries
Supporting Workplace Health & Safety and Return to Work administration
Ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in all HR processes
About you
Qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline
Previous experience in an administrative, HR,
recruitment or customer service role
Solid organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confidence working with Microsoft Office and CRM
The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
High levels of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality
