The Golf Instructor is a full time, on-site role based at Precision Golf Cromer in the Greater Sydney Area. This role involves delivering high-quality golf instruction to players of all levels through private lessons, clinics, and group programs, using Trackman TM4 radar technology. Day-to-day responsibilities include private coaching, club and ball fitting, group clinics,



and some retail sales. Qualifications

Strong Golf Instruction and Training skills, with the ability to coach players of varying experience levels. Sound knowledge of Golf fundamentals and techniques, including swing mechanics, short game, and course strategy. Experience working with Junior Golf programs, with a focus on safe, positive, and age-appropriate coaching. PGA certification or equivalent coaching qualification is highly desirable. Trackman™ certification is a plus. Fitting experience desirable, but on-site training will be provided Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused and inclusive approach. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required for coaching and events.
