Suburban Connect Tunnelling seeks a Senior HR/IR Advisor to ensure IR compliance for direct workforce and oversee subcontractor mobilisation. You will contribute to SRL Connect plans by delivering HR initiatives and support in skilled HR information systems.

Key responsibilities include ensuring subcontractor plans align with codes, assessing procurement IR risks, advising on legislation, screening workers, and producing workforce/IR reports while coaching leaders and driving performance
