Role Overview:

As a Solar Sales Consultant, you’ll handle both remote phone consultations and in-home appointments. Your primary focus will be understanding the customer’s needs, educating them on solar energy solutions, and presenting tailored proposals that deliver real savings and value.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct phone and in-home consultations with leads provided to you

- Understand customer energy usage and recommend appropriate solar solutions

- Prepare and present quotes using our streamlined quoting tools

- Follow up with potential clients to close sales and provide exceptional service

- Maintain accurate CRM notes and stay aligned with daily sales activities

- Stay informed on solar products,



government rebates, and industry trends

What We’re Looking For:

- Previous experience in solar or home improvement sales is preferred

- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and consultative skills

- Results-driven with a hunger to close deals and help customers

- Comfortable working from home with the ability to attend local in-home visits

- Tech-savvy – familiar with CRMs, quoting platforms, and video calling tools

- Own vehicle and driver's license required
