About the role

As a Sourcing Specialist, you will play a key role in candidate delivery across multiple recruitment desks, partnering with consultants and hiring teams to identify and engage top talent. Reporting to the Lead Sourcing Specialist, this is a consulting-focused position with no business development responsibilities, allowing you to specialise in sourcing, candidate engagement and recruitment delivery.

You will support a range of technical and engineering recruitment projects, helping define role requirements, create effective job advertisements, build strong talent pipelines and manage candidate processes from attraction through to placement.

Full training, mentorship and ongoing support will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in recruitment or transition from a people-focused role such as sales, real estate, HR, customer service or account management.

Key responsibilities

- Source and engage high-quality technical and engineering candidates across multiple disciplines and sectors
- Build and maintain talent pipelines using databases, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and referrals
- Partner with consultants to understand client requirements and develop sourcing strategies
- Screen, interview and shortlist candidates against role requirements
- Prepare candidates for interviews and manage coordination and debriefs
- Coordinate reference checks, offers, approvals and onboarding




- Maintain accurate, compliant recruitment records and systems
- Deliver timely communication and a high-quality candidate experience
- Contribute to team performance against agreed recruitment targets

About you

- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Curious, resilient and motivated to achieve results
- Confident speaking with people from a range of backgrounds
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Experience in recruitment, sales, customer service, HR, real estate or other relationship-focused roles is highly regarded.
- Experience using Bullhorn, SEEK, LinkedIn Recruiter or similar systems is advantageous but not essential
