To meet the needs of our growing team, a fantastic opportunity has arisen in our Perth office for a Special Counsel (part-time or full time) to join our Perth CTP team.

We are flexible, supportive and skilled, with a wealth of experience within the insurance area. We handle a wide variety of litigated and non-litigated matters every day, ranging in complexity from basic quantum claims to complex large loss (catastrophic injury) claims, dependency claims or those where liability is in issue.
Your focus will be CTP - however, there is also opportunity to work in other areas.
Skills and Experiences
Who are you?
- At least 7+ years' post admission experience in personal injury litigation.
- Experience in assessing catastrophic and fatal accident (dependency) claims.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Great strategy and negotiation skills.
- District Court pre-trial conference negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, in a team and in collaboration with our principal/s.
- Skilled at managing and prioritising your work.
- Productive and practical.
- Client focused.
