Brindabella Speech Therapy is a growing private practice in Canberra, and we are looking for an experienced Speech Pathologist to join our team.

We are passionate about providing high-quality, evidence-based and individualised therapy while creating a workplace where clinicians feel supported, valued and empowered to continue developing their clinical skills and areas of specialisation. Our clinicians are supported by a dedicated administration team, who assist with scheduling, client communication, billing and other administrative tasks, allowing clinicians to focus on providing high-quality clinical care.

We are seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our Canberra-based team, with full-time and part-time positions available.

Day-to-day responsibilities include providing individual and group therapy sessions, completing comprehensive assessments, documenting clinical notes and progress, and collaborating with families, educators and other health professionals to support consistent care across environments. The role also involves planning and adapting therapy goals in response to client progress, maintaining accurate clinical records, and participating in team meetings, career development and quality improvement activities.

We are seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist who:

- Is eligible for SPA membership and CPSP requirements
- Has strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Is committed to evidence-based and neuroaffirming practice




- Enjoys working collaboratively with families, schools and other professionals
- Is organised and able to manage their caseload and clinical responsibilities effectively
- Is keen to continue learning and developing their clinical skills
