Optimum Health Solutions is recruiting New Graduate Program Managers across Speech Pathology. Each role is discipline-specific, but the purpose is the same: to own the end-to-end experience of new graduates in your discipline at Optimum, from student placement through to program completion.

You will coordinate student placements, run your discipline's stream of our structured 12-month New Graduate Program, and be the face of Optimum at university careers events. You will work closely with Discipline Area Managers and Regional Managers across NSW and Tasmania to make sure every graduate who joins us is supported, supervised, and set up to succeed.

This role also has a direct recruitment function. You will build relationships with students during placement and triage the best of them into our graduate pipeline. The pathway from student to hired graduate runs through you.

You will carry a reduced clinical caseload alongside your program responsibilities, keeping your practice current and your credibility as a supervisor intact.

What You'll Be Doing

- Coordinating student placements across Optimum's Tasmanian clinic sites
- Running your discipline's stream of the Optimum New Graduate Program
- Facilitating group supervision, peer learning sessions,



and masterclasses for graduate cohorts
- Representing Optimum at university careers expos and early career events
- Triaging high-performing students from placement into the graduate recruitment pipeline
- Maintaining a reduced clinical caseload in your discipline

What you'll bring

- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- Current SPA registration and relevant professional association membership
- 5+ years post-graduate experience with demonstrated experience supervising students or new graduates
- Strong understanding of graduate-level competency development and supervision frameworks
- Genuine interest in recruitment, workforce development, or clinical education
- Current driver's licence and willingness to travel across Tasmania
