At Evo Health, you’ll have the opportunity to work across a diverse client base and a range of environments.

Your role may involve working with clients across the NDIS and Aged Care sectors, providing assessment, therapy and practical support that helps people communicate, participate and achieve greater independence.

You’ll have the flexibility to deliver services in settings that best suit your clients, including:

- Evo Health clinic locations
- Clients’ homes
- Schools and preschools
- Aged care facilities
- Community environments

When appropriate, you can complete documentation, reporting and other administrative tasks remotely.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your clinical responsibilities may include:

- Assessing speech, language, communication, voice, fluency and swallowing
- Completing comprehensive clinical assessments
- Developing individualised therapy plans based on client goals and functional needs
- Delivering evidence-based intervention
- Conducting sessions in clinic, home, school, aged care and community settings
- Supporting clients and families with practical strategies and education
- Working collaboratively with carers, educators, support coordinators and other professionals
- Preparing high-quality clinical reports and documentation
- Participating in multidisciplinary discussions and care planning
- Managing and developing your own caseload




- Contributing to the development of Evo Health’s Speech Pathology services

You’ll also need:
- A recognised Speech Pathology qualification
- Current professional registration or relevant professional membership
- Appropriate professional compliance and insurance requirements
