About Us
Seacret Glow is a new K-beauty cosmetics store specialising in premium Korean skincare, makeup, and self-care essentials. We're passionate about helping customers discover their own glow-up — in-store and online — and we're looking for a team that shares that energy.
Store Manager — Full-Time
Take full ownership of our store — from staff and stock to sales performance across both our physical store and online (Shopify) channel.
- Manage rostering, training, and day-to-day store operations
- Drive sales targets and oversee stock, merchandising, and online order fulfilment
- 3+ years' retail experience with at least 1 year in a management role
- Experience managing an online sales channel alongside a physical store highly regarded
2IC / Assistant Store Manager — Full Time/Part-Time Be our Store Manager's right hand — supervising the team, owning our online order fulfilment, and helping lead our social media presence.
- Supervise staff on shift and deputise for the Store Manager
- Take ownership of online order dispatch and stock allocation
- Plan and run our social media content calendar
- 18 months+ retail experience, ideally with some supervisory experience
- Hands-on social media/content experience a plus
