About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead our SANDRO/MAJE store at David Jones Perth. This is a full-time position based in David Jones, Perth where you will be responsible for driving store performance, leading a talented team, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience at every touchpoint.

As Store

Manager, you will be the strategic leader of the store, with direct accountability for sales targets, operational excellence, and team development. This role is pivotal in representing our brand values and maintaining the premium positioning of our Maisons' offerings within this key location.

Key responsibilities

- Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing store team, providing coaching, training, and performance management to drive engagement and retention
- Achieve and exceed store sales targets and key performance indicators, implementing effective sales strategies and promotional activities
- Maintain and enhance the customer experience by ensuring exceptional service standards, product knowledge, and brand representation
- Manage store operations, including inventory control, stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and compliance with company policies and procedures
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
- Ensure the store environment meets brand standards with regard to visual merchandising, cleanliness, and presentation




- Build strong relationships with customers and implement loyalty programs to encourage repeat business
- Report on store performance metrics and provide regular updates to senior management

What we're looking for

- Proven store management experience in luxury retail or premium consumer brands, demonstrating consistent achievement of sales and performance targets
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop team members to their full potential
- Excellent understanding of visual merchandising, product knowledge, and customer service excellence within a luxury retail workplace
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers, staff, and senior stakeholders
- Proficiency in retail systems, POS software, and inventory management tools
- Flexibility and resilience to manage the demands of a fast-paced retail environment, including peak trading periods
- Passion for premium creative fashion, contemporary design, and understanding of the SANDRO and MAJE brand positioning
- Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively with head office
- Relevant retail qualifications or certifications in store management or customer service are advantageous
