About the Role

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing workshop operations, managing staff, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This is a hands-on position, requiring someone equally comfortable leading from the front and stepping into the workshop when needed.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead, mentor, and support a team of tyre fitters and workshop staff

· Oversee daily workshop operations to ensure efficiency and productivity

· Perform tyre fitting, repairs, and basic diagnostics as required

· Manage job scheduling, workflow, and quality control





· Deliver exceptional customer service and handle client enquiries

· Monitor stock levels, order tyres and parts, and manage supplier relationships

· Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards

· Drive business performance, including sales and profitability targets

About You

· Proven experience in tyre fitting (passenger, 4WD, truck/bus)

· Previous supervisory or management experience (preferred)

· Strong technical knowledge within the tyre industry

· Forklift licence (required)

· Current C-Class driver’s licence

· Excellent leadership and communication skills

· Customer-focused with a qualified approach

· Ability to multitask and work under pressure

· Solid understanding of workshop operations and processes
