Job Description

Next Gen Health & Lifestyle Clubs is seeking a energetic Head Chef to lead our kitchen team within a premium 5 Star health and leisure facility. You will drive excellence in food and beverage, maintain budgets, and uphold the highest service standards while mentoring staff.

You will manage a back-of-house team, ensure food hygiene and safety compliance, and work as part of the Club Leadership Team reporting to the General Manager.
