About the Role

n

We currently have multiple opportunities available for experienced, professional and customer-focused Security Officers to join our team.

n

The majority of available positions are within pubs, clubs, hotels, bars and other licensed venues, with additional opportunities available across a variety of security environments.

n

Available work may include:

n

- Pubs, clubs, hotels, bars and licensed venues
n
- Crowd control and venue security
n
- Static security
n
- Concierge and corporate security
n
- Education and campus security
n
- Customer service-focused security roles
n
- Events and other general security assignments
n

n

Depending on the site and assignment, your duties may include:

n

n
- Maintaining a safe and secure environment for patrons, staff and visitors
n
- Conducting access control and entry management
n
- Monitoring patron behaviour and identifying potential risks
n
- Conducting regular patrols of designated areas
n
- Responding appropriately to incidents, disturbances and emergencies
n
- Assisting with crowd management and venue procedures
n




- Monitoring and responding to security alarms and incidents
n
- Completing accurate incident reports, shift records and security documentation
n
- Providing professional and courteous customer service
n
- Working closely with venue management, staff and other Security Officers
n
- Adhering to site procedures, company policies and relevant legislative requirements
n

About You

n

We are looking for reliable and professional Security Officers who take pride in their work and understand the importance of providing both effective security and excellent customer service.

n

To be considered, you will ideally have:

n

n
- A current and valid NSW Security Licence with the appropriate classes for the work being undertaken
n
- Current RSA competency where required for licensed venue work
n
- Full Australian working rights
n
- Previous experience in security, crowd control, hospitality venues or a similar customer-facing environment
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Strong situational awareness and conflict-management skills
n
- The ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
n
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
n
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
n
- A professional presentation and strong work ethic
n
- Flexibility to work evenings, nights, weekends and public holidays
n

n

Experience within pubs, clubs, bars, hotels or other licensed venues will be highly regarded.

n
