Our client is seeking employment lawyers with a minimum of 1+ year PQE.

The work is wide ranging (State and Federal) and includes both advisory and litigation work. It's a specialist employment law practice that represents employees and employers. If you have a particular interest in an area of employment law work, our client will support you with your goals and aspirations.

Whilst strong technical skills and good training are expected, the following skills and attributes are equally, if not more, important:

A team player mentality and a desire to work and communicate within a collegial setting;

For more senior lawyers, you must be able to demonstrate your ability to successfully manage your own matters and supervise/mentor juniors. As mentioned, if you have a particular area of interest, our client will support you to become an expert in that field.
