Job Description

A position is available in our Service Dept with duties as follows:

n

Attends jobs as directed to install or repair air conditioning equipment

n

Attends jobs as directed to install or repair refrigeration equipment

n

Ensuring all equipment is in good working order before leaving job sites

n

Ensure all correct paperwork is submitted to ensure deposit/progress/final invoices are raised by accounts

n

To ensure any necessary pictures, notes or other information is updated to jobs in Service M8

n

Ensure knowledge of products available is up to date

n

To handle customer complaints and provide quick and productive solutions to ensure 100% satisfaction

n

Other duties as necessary to ensure jobs are completed correctly and in a time efficient manner

n

Follow Occupational Health and Safety Procedures and guidelines.

n

The ideal candidate should have air conditioning qualifications and a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role. A drivers licence is essential as well as time management skills, ability to think independently, work to deadlines and move flexibly and quickly between tasks.
