We are seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our team at SmartClinics Manunda on a Casual basis.

This clinic offer a wide range of healthcare services for all aged patients, including but not limited to spider vein treatment, wound management, family planning and general health. SmartClinics Manunda has 5 highly experienced and dedicated doctors located in-clinic.

In this role you will:

n

n
- Deliver exceptional patient service at all times
n
- Efficiently and confidentially manage patient data, appointments and follow procedures
n
- Provide a seamless service to patients whilst ensuring clinic operations, and doctor workload is effectively managed at all times
n
- Process patients billings/receipts
n
- Assist doctors with day to day administrative support and take an active part in working closely with other team members to manage daily tasks.
n
- Function in a highly organised and time-efficient manner at all times.
n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Flexibility and able to work clinics hours between 8am and 5:30pm (availability on Thursday and Friday essential)
n
- Skilled, friendly, confident, and courteous manner
n
- High work ethic and flexibility with work hours
n
- Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and prioritise
n
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
n
- High level of computer literacy
n
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
n
- Ability to work in a diverse team and independently
n
- Previous Medical Reception experience or similar is preferred
n
- Enthusiasm, willingness, and ability to learn and retain information
n
