This is a hands-on leadership position overseeing our bar, cellar, catering, functions and events. You'll lead and develop the front-of-house team, manage rostering and labour costs, oversee stock and budgets, drive KPIs and ensure our members and guests receive an outstanding experience. About you

Hospitality management or strong supervisory experience

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Experience with rostering, stock control, budgets and KPIs





Knowledge of bar and cellar operations

A proactive, positive and solutions-focused approach

A genuine commitment to customer service

Current RSA and RCG certifications
