Job Description

Tradewind is seeking a Counsellor or Social Worker to join a multidisciplinary team supporting high-complexity participants referred through employment service providers in Bendigo, Heathcote and Castlemaine. The role blends counselling, case management and advocacy, with onsite work in the job provider's offices.

You'll work with participants facing DV, housing, mental health and AOD challenges, focusing on addressing underlying barriers before next steps.
