We're looking for experienced Production and Mixing Operators with a minimum of

2 years' experience in FMCG, manufacturing, production or machine operation

to join our Minto manufacturing facility.

12-hour day and night shifts (6am-6pm / 6pm-6am)

Even rotation between day and night shifts

Only one Saturday every three weeks

What You'll Be Doing You’ll be part of the team responsible for producing some of Australia's most iconic ice cream brands.

Operate and monitor advanced manufacturing equipment

Keep production running safely, efficiently and to quality standards

Perform changeovers, inspections and equipment checks

Identify and troubleshoot minor process issues

Support food safety, GMP and continuous improvement activities





Work with a high-performing team to deliver world-class products enjoyed by millions of consumers

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years' experience in FMCG, manufacturing, production, processing or machine operation

Strong commitment to safety and quality

Reliable with a robust attendance record

Comfortable working rotating day and night shifts

Team-focused with a positive attitude
