Your Role As a Personal Care Worker, you will:

Provide high-quality personal care and emotional support to residents

Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team under RN supervision

Help maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment for residents, staff, and visitors

What We’re Looking For

Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Aged Care) –

essential

Previous experience in aged care –

preferred

Genuine empathy and a commitment to resident dignity and wellbeing

Strong communication skills and cultural sensitivity

Ability to recognise and respond to changes in resident health

Current work rights in Australia –

required

A Police Check will be conducted by the organisation on your behalf
