ARCK Electrical Wholesale Supplies is an independent, growing electrical wholesaler in North Parramatta. We supply electricians and builders across Sydney, and we live by a simple promise: 'If we don't have the product, we'll get it for you.' Our team is small, tight-knit and busy, and we're after a reliable, organised all-rounder to keep our trade counter and back-office running smoothly.

The role A hands-on, full-time position built around accuracy and organisation. Your core job is keeping our orders, invoicing and stock records clean and correct, with plenty of customer contact at the trade counter alongside it. Sales and product knowledge can be trained; what we're really after is someone dependable who takes pride in getting the details right.

What you'll do

Raise and process invoices accurately in our POS system

Receive incoming stock check deliveries against packing slips and enter them correctly into the system

Keep pricing,



records and stock data clean and up to date

Serve electricians and builders at the trade counter ,order-taking, quoting and product advice (full product training provided)

Handle phone and email orders

Pitch in with the team on general tasks during busy periods

What we're looking for

Highly organised and accurate, you double-check your work and rarely let errors slip through

Strong computer and data-entry skills; quick to learn new software

Calm and methodical, especially during the morning rush

A friendly, dependable manner with trade customers

Current driver's licence

Full Australian working rights

Electrical or trade-supply experience is a bonus, not essential - we'll train you

$65,000-$75,000 + super, based on experience
