Territory Sales Representative – FMCG | Sunshine Coast & Hinterland Established territory | 250+ brands | 5,000+ SKUs | Genuine opportunity to grow sales

Are you an experienced FMCG sales rep who knows how to build relationships, manage key accounts, spot opportunities and grow a territory?

Vitalus is looking for an experienced Territory Sales Representative to take ownership of our Sunshine Coast and Hinterland territory.

You’ll inherit an established customer base, but we’re not looking for someone to simply maintain it. We want a commercially minded sales rep who can strengthen existing accounts, develop key customer relationships, increase ranging and distribution, win new business and deliver consistent sales growth.

The Role This is an autonomous field-based sales role where you’ll manage your own territory and call cycle.

You’ll be responsible for:

Managing and growing an established portfolio of retail customers

Managing and developing key accounts within the territory

Building strong relationships with owners, managers and buyers

Identifying opportunities to increase ranging, distribution and order value

Prospecting, opening and developing new accounts

Presenting new products, promotions and ranging opportunities

Negotiating and closing orders

Conducting regular face‑to‑face store visits across the Sunshine Coast and Hinterland

Ensuring promotions and product displays are executed effectively in store

Planning and managing your territory and call cycle

Tracking activity, orders and performance through Opmetrix

Achieving agreed sales, growth and new‑business targets

Who We're Looking For FMCG sales experience is important to us.

You’ll ideally have 2+ years' experience in FMCG field sales, territory management,



key account management or account management and be comfortable working independently in a customer‑facing sales setting.

You’ll bring:

A proven track record of managing and growing a sales territory

Experience managing and developing key customer accounts

Strong retailer and customer relationship skills

Confidence prospecting and converting new business

Commercial awareness and a results-focused approach

Strong negotiation and closing skills

Experience working to sales targets and KPIs

Excellent organisation and territory‑planning skills

Confidence using CRM or field sales technology

A current driver's licence

Experience selling into independent grocery, health food, pharmacy or specialty retail would be highly regarded.

Experience with Opmetrix is an advantage, but not essential.
