We are seeking compassionate Support Workers to join our team working in the community and private homes within the Redcliffe area. This role involves providing person-centred care support to aged care and NDIS participants while ensuring safety, dignity, and independencewhile at home and within the community. Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality care and support in line with individual support plans. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with NDIS and Aged Care Standards. Promote independence and wellbeing through respectful and empowering support. We have a variety of shifts on offer, across mornings, afternoons and active night shifts and sleepovers, 7 days. This exciting prospect is initially offered on a casual basis,



with the view to go permanent within the next few months. About You

A fun and positive attitude Genuine interest in supporting the elderly and NDIS participants to live independently Experience in home care or disability preferred, but not essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Current First Aid and CPR Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle. NDIS Worker Screening Check and compliance with NDIS Code of Conduct.
