Strata Maintenance Plumber | Plumbing & Maintenance Services

We are seeking a general Plumber to provide reliable plumbing repair and maintenance across residential and commercial properties in the Sydney metropolitan area. This permanent full-time role offers steady work within a reputable plumbing organisation.

Must have:

some general plumbing experience Do not need:

previous strata maintenance plumbing experience, nor your own NSW plumbing licence

Remuneration range:

$38 to $40 per hour for first 3 months, then reviewed on experience + bonuses + truck

Sutherland Shire region.

Key Responsibilities

burst pipes

blocked drains

general plumbing maintenance and

fault finding

working independently across strata and customer sites

participating in an on-call roster

some overtime depending on the urgency of the job

Candidate Requirements

Valid plumbing licence and qualifications recognised in NSW.

Proven maintenance plumbing experience, particularly involving strata building systems.

Strong fault diagnosis and repair skills.

Capability to respond efficiently to emergency on-call plumbing requests.

Australian residency or valid work rights permitting unrestricted employment.

Competitive hourly payment up to $45 including potential bonuses.
