PCA's - In-Home Care - Aged Care - Eastern Suburbs McArthur Aged Care has partnered with a highly regarded Not-for-Profit Aged Care Provider to find passionate and qualified aged care professionals. Together, we support elderly and frail clients who wish to remain living independently in their own homes.

We currently have multiple opportunities for Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) across Sydney's Eastern Suburbs (Bondi, Randwick, Maroubra, Coogee and surrounding area)

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful difference while working with a leading Not-for-Profit aged care provider.

About the Role

Must be available for a minimum of 3 days - Monday, Wednesday and Friday - or a full week of work

Deliver essential services to elderly clients in your local community

Work for a leading Not-for-Profit organisation

Be a vital link between home and community, improving client wellbeing

What's in it for You?

Weekly pay

Excellent rate of $46.18 per hour + paid travel time + $1.05 per km





Minimum of 4 hours guaranteed per rostered day

Free Police Check provided

Opportunity to transition to permanent part time after 5.5 months (based on performance)

To be Successful in this Role, You Will Have:

A positive attitude and genuine passion for aged care

NSW driver's licence, reliable vehicle, and comprehensive insurance

Current First Aid and CPR certificates

Working with Children Check (Employee Card) or willingness to obtain one

One of the following qualifications: Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or Home & Community Care; or Certificate IV in Disability or Bachelor or Diploma of Nursing (or completion of first-year studies)

Excellent communication skills with strong spoken and written English

Other languages are highly regarded
