Selections, part of Gliderol Garage Doors, is seeking motivated Production Operators to join our growing team.

What you will do

n

- Operate machinery, production equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently
n
- Assemble and manufacture garage door components and finished products
n
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards
n
- Follow production schedules and team targets
n
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
n
- Work collaboratively with team members and leaders across the site
n

- Strong reliability and attendance

- High levels of attention to detail
n
- Good with basic calculations
n
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
n
- Good teamwork and communication skills
n
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks

What we prefer

- Previous manufacturing or production experience
n




- Forklift ticket- highly regarded but not required
n
- Aluminium Welding experience - highly regarded but not required
n
- Experience operating machinery or hand tools
n
- Experience working within KPI or target-driven environments
n
