Job Description

Amazon Logistics is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead delivery station operations in Bella Vista and Chullora, Australia. You will drive safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement, ensuring on-time customer delivery and a robust safety culture across shift teams.

You will report to the Site Lead and develop a high-performing team of Shift Managers, aligning forecasts with staffing and applying Lean methods to optimize performance and cost.
