We move a lot of furniture, around 100 containers a year and 2,000 customer orders, and every piece is made to order, so how it's handled matters. That's where you come in.

About the Role

n

Based at our Moorebank warehouse, you'll be the person making sure orders go out right and containers come in without a scratch. It's a hands‐on role with real variety day to day, and while the workload is steady rather than overwhelming, we need someone who takes pride in getting the details right, because a customer's new lounge or dining set only gets one first impression.

What You'll Be Doing

Daily Operations

n

n
- Picking and packing furniture orders accurately to meet daily delivery schedules, handling every item with care
n
- Unloading containers, making sure goods are handled, stored and protected from damage
n




- Managing dispatch so shipments go out on time and are transported safely
n
- Handling returns: receiving, processing, documenting and storing returned furniture properly
n

Warehouse Standards & Safety

n

n
- Keeping the warehouse organised, clean and safe through daily upkeep
n
- Following safety and security protocols, with regular checks around handling and storing large, heavy items
n
- Helping monitor stock levels, run stocktakes, and keep inventory accurate and replenished on time
n

Improving How We Work

- Spotting opportunities to improve warehouse processes and reduce errors
n
- Keeping management in the loop on performance, inventory and safety compliance
n

About You

n

n
- Experience in a warehouse or logistics role, ideally with a focus on day to day operations
n
- Current forklift licence
n
- Strong organisational skills and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
n
- Solid understanding of warehouse safety practices and inventory management
n
- Able to keep pace in a busy environment and meet deadlines
n
- Physically fit and ready for manual handling, including lifting and operating warehouse equipment
n
