Job Description

This part-time role provides essential administrative, coordination and compliance support to ensure smooth delivery of accredited and non-accredited training programs. You will work closely with trainers, learners, industry clients, and leadership to uphold Registered Training Organisation (RTO) standards and deliver an exceptional training experience.

Key responsibilities

n

Manage course scheduling and coordination of trainers and equipment

n

Assist with booking flights and accommodation for team travel (includes International travel)

n

Manage student enrolments, LLN checks, USI verification, and compliance documentation

n

Prepare / update training materials, learner resources, and post-course documentation

n

Issue Statements of Attainment and certificates in accordance with regulatory requirements

n

Maintain accurate student and training records in SMS/LMS system

n

Support audit readiness, document control, and RTO compliance processes

n

Manage applications and renewal of overseas working visas

n

Provide timely and professional customer service to learners, partners, and clients

n

Diary Management for the CEO

About you

n

Minimum 2 years' experience in an administration, training coordination, or RTO support role

n

Demonstrated experience maintaining accurate records and managing compliance-related documentation

n

Experience coordinating travel,



accommodation, and course logistics, including interstate or international travel arrangements

n

Robust organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

n

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

n

Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills

n

A proactive and customer-focused approach to supporting learners, trainers, and clients

n

Experience working within an RTO environment

n

Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS), Student Management Systems (SMS), or related databases

n

Knowledge of RTO compliance requirements, ASQA standards, and VET sector processes
