What is unique about you?

n

You're an experienced Asset Manager or commercial property professional who loves having genuine ownership rather than operating within a narrow remit

n

Commercially sharp, you're comfortable getting into budgets, cashflow, outgoings, and portfolio performance without losing sight of the bigger picture

n

You know your way around a lease! Negotiations, renewals, rent reviews, and tenant conversations are all areas you can confidently own

n

You're equally comfortable behind a spreadsheet, walking an asset,



or sitting across the table from a tenant or leasing agent

n

Naturally proactive, you spot potential issues early and come to the table with solutions rather than waiting to be told what to do

n

You build strong relationships but can still hold your ground when a commercial conversation or negotiation calls for it

n

You're naturally meticulous, with strong attention to detail across everything you take ownership of

n

You're comfortable working autonomously and enjoy being the person who knows exactly what is happening across your portfolio

n

A snapshot of your role....

n

Take day-to-day ownership of a portfolio of industrial, commercial, and retail assets, keeping a close eye on financial and operational performance

n

Manage property budgets, cashflow forecasts, outgoings, arrears, and monthly performance against budget

n

Lead leasing activity across the portfolio, including recent leases, renewals, rent reviews, incentives, and negotiations

n

Build strong relationships with tenants and manage issues, requests, and lease matters from start to finish

n

Work closely with external leasing agents, valuers, insurers, property managers, and contractors to keep each asset performing at its best

n

Stay close to the physical portfolio through property inspections, maintenance, capital works, and compliance, while providing clear reporting and commercial recommendations to senior leadership

n
