Our home care agency offers services in aged and disability care to clients on the Central Coast, NSW

Your current role will be responsible for:
n
n
- Assisting clients with their activities of daily living such as personal hygiene, nutrition, and mobility
n
- Following client care plans and actively identifying client care needs
n
- Communicating and collaborating with the clients care team and significant others
n
- Following appropriate policies and procedures applicable to clients in their own home
n
- Performing light housekeeping tasks to facilitate client's self-care at home
n
n
To be successful in this role you will need:
n
n
- Minimum Certificate III in either Aged Care,
Disability Services, Community Service or related experience
n
- Current or willing to obtain Australian National Police check
n
- Current or willing to obtain a First Aid and CPR certificate
n
- Smart mobile phone
n
- Full Australian Driver's licence and own reliable insured car
n
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
n
- High level of time management and organisational ability
n
- Willingness to participate in further education opportunities
n
- Excellent written and verbal skills
n
n
