We are seeking a motivated and detail-focused Quality Assurance Trainee to join our civil construction team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has an interest in construction quality and wants to build a long-term career in the industry.

You don't need to be a QA expert - we are looking for someone with the right attitude, willingness to learn and an interest in understanding how quality is delivered across civil construction projects.

About the Role
n
Working alongside our Project Managers, Supervisors and Engineers, you will gain hands‐on experience across all aspects of civil construction quality assurance.
n
Your role will include:
n
n
- Assisting with site inspections and quality checks.
n
- Assisting with Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and quality checklists.
n
- Maintaining accurate quality records and project documentation.
n
- Assisting with material and construction testing.
n
- Recording and monitoring test results.
n
- Assisting with Non‐Conformance Reports (NCRs) and corrective actions.
n
- Supporting project handover and completion documentation.
n
- Reviewing drawings, specifications and project requirements.
n
- Assisting the project team to ensure works are completed in accordance with required quality standards.
n
- Working with site teams to identify and address quality issues.
n
- Learning and developing your knowledge of civil construction standards, specifications and quality systems.
n

Previous civil construction experience is highly regarded but not essential. You may be a recent graduate, someone with a civil construction background looking for a career change, or an experienced site‐based employee ready to move into a quality‐focused role.
