The Role: We are seeking a creative Digital Marketing Strategist to join our expanding team! You will be in charge of nurturing client relationships, creating epic advertising campaigns, analysing digital results, delivering world class marketing strategies & even jumping on the platform tools to support our Health & Fitness industry clients.

You will be supported by and work alongside our Account Management, creative pros, advertising Strategists & leadership team to conceptualise and deliver

lead generating

advertising campaigns that fuels our clients continued business growth.

To succeed in this role you'll have to be a switched on & organised people-person who loves building genuine relationships, thinking creatively and strives to exceed expectations in all they do. You will be someone who is eager to learn and grow their current skill set, plus contribute to a developing division. We have a few new brands coming into our Health & Fitness division, meaning you would have the opportunity to be a part of a real growth curve for our business and make an impact on our success.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop & execute high converting lead generation strategies (mainly across Meta & Google)





Social media advertising creative direction

Industry trend identification

Design & video team briefing

Account budgeting & results management

Account Management Tasks:

Project ownership and management

Build and maintain genuine relationships with clients

Conduct online and in-person meetings with clients

Provide exemplary communication via phone and email

Support fellow team members

Hands-On Tasks:

Build & manage Meta advertising campaigns

Update and analyse Google Ad campaigns

Develop high-converting copy

Create marketing automations

Build and send email & SMS marketing campaigns

What is required for this role:

Experience in lead generation advertising

Familiarity with Meta & Google Ads

Ability to work 1:1 with clients

2+ Years experience in
