Senior Property Officer - Land and Crown Aquisitions

As a Senior Officer Property Acquisitions , you’ll play a lead role in end-to-end land and property acquisition processes, ensuring timely project delivery while managing negotiations, conveyancing, and strategic property advice. Key Responsibilities: Lead acquisition strategies and manage property transactions for transport and infrastructure projects Conduct valuations, negotiations, and documentation for property acquisitions, easements, and covenants Provide specialist property advice and conduct due diligence to inform project decisions Interpret complex property documentation including valuations, town planning advice, and legal materials Engage effectively with stakeholders,



including landholders, to ensure smooth acquisition processes Support budget development and monitor expenditure for property aspects of projects Must Haves:

Degree in Law, Property, Conveyancing, or related discipline Demonstrated experience in property/land acquisitions, preferably within public sector or infrastructure projects Strong understanding of NSW property law and acquisition procedures Practical conveyancing experience (contracts, easements, covenants) Desirable:
