We’re partnering with a leading organisation looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join a high-profile Federal Government transformation program.

This is a hands‑on consulting role working across ServiceNow and broader platform capabilities, with a robust focus on technical delivery, solution design and stakeholder engagement.

What You’ll Be Doing

Configure and develop ServiceNow solutions across enterprise environments

Translate business requirements into technical solutions and designs

Deliver across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD and broader ServiceNow modules

Develop integrations using REST APIs, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer and ServiceNow scripting

What We’re Looking For

Current Baseline or NV1 Clearance is required

Strong hands‑on ServiceNow development and consulting experience

Experience delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions

Strong JavaScript, solution design and stakeholder engagement skills

Nice to Have

ServiceNow Certifications CSA, CAD, CIS-DF, CIS-ITSM, CIS-HRSD

Experience across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB or HRSD

ITIL / Enterprise Service Management knowledge

Experience mentoring or leading technical workstreams
