This position can be based from your nearest Sydney office: Sydney CBD, Sutherland, Campbelltown, Parramatta or Penrith

The role:

Return to work case management for injured parties

Management of psychological claims

A range of assessments including Vocational Assessments

Develop individual rehabilitation plans

Liaison with all treating parties

High level reporting

Case management of your clients

Thorough induction with enhanced support

Work across an engaging and varied caseload with referrals across the schemes

You:

You will be a tertiary qualified in Rehabilitation Counselling (Membership with ASORC)

Have a desire to work within Occupational Rehabilitation.

Excellent communication skills and good problem-solving ability.

The ability to engage and establish rapport with people from all walks of life.

Good written and administration skills

Ability to work well with others and autonomously.
