About the role

n

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Master Detailer to join our team.

n

This is a hands-on role responsible for ensuring our new and used vehicles are presented to the highest possible standard before delivery or display. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a strong eye for detail and understands that quality presentation is an important part of the customer experience.

n

You will be responsible for the full detailing process, including exterior and interior preparation, paint correction and finishing, ensuring every vehicle leaves the dealership looking its best.

Key responsibilities

- Detail and prepare new and used vehicles for customer delivery and display
n
- Complete interior and exterior detailing to a consistently high standard
n
- Wash, polish, clay bar and machine polish vehicles as required
n




- Carry out paint correction and remove minor imperfections
n
- Clean and condition interiors, including leather, plastics, carpets and upholstery
n
- Identify and rectify presentation issues before vehicles are delivered to customers
n
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe detailing area
n
- Ensure detailing equipment and products are properly maintained and used correctly
n
- Work efficiently to meet vehicle delivery and preparation deadlines
n
- Maintain a consistently high standard across every vehicle
n

About you

- Proven experience as a professional vehicle detailer
n
- Strong knowledge of automotive detailing products, equipment and techniques
n
- Experience with machine polishing and paint correction
n
- Excellent attention to detail and a genuine pride in your work
n
- The ability to work independently and manage your workload
n
- A robust work ethic and reliable attitude
n
- The ability to work efficiently without compromising quality
n
- Previous dealership experience will be highly regarded
n
