The Role

n

We are seeking a Business Support Officer to join our team. This is a dual role where you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, while also providing vital administrative support to keep our operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Make outbound and receive inbound calls to potential customers.
n
- Qualify leads, answer enquiries, and schedule phone consultations and site inspection for our operations team.
n
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
n
- Email Management
n
- Enter new jobs accurately into our job management software system.
n
- Prepare and complete compliance documentation for installations.
n




- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM and job management systems.
n
- Provide daily operational support to the team – Including scheduling, coordinating installers, and managing follow-ups.
n
- Assist with coordinating installations and customer follow-ups.
n
- Maintain organised and accurate records in CRM and other systems.
n
- Assist with general administration duties, and ad hoc tasks to keep the office running efficiently.

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Excellent phone manner and customer service skills.
n
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
n
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
n
- Experience with job management or CRM software - Ideally, in simPRO (will provide training if needed).
n
- Some understanding of compliance and documentation requirements (solar/renewable energy experience an advantage, but not essential).
n
- A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
