Job Description

Kmart is seeking an Organisational Development & AI People Lead on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract to shape the future of work across the group. You will lead AI readiness, workforce capability uplift, and organisation design initiatives at scale.

You'll partner with senior leaders across Technology, Data & AI and People & Capability to drive enterprise-wide change, governance and operating model evolution in a agile retail environment.
