Redcape Hospitality is looking for experienced Assistant Managers to join our teams across Newcastle and Lake Macquarie.

You'll lead from the floor, work alongside your Venue Manager and help build a team you're proud of.

What you'll be doing

n

n
- Lead as Manager on Duty, set clear priorities and keep the venue running smoothly
n
- Coach and develop team members while recognising strong performance
n
- Maintain high standards across service, presentation and guest experience
n
- Keep liquor, gaming, safety and operational compliance on track
n
- Manage shift labour, stock and cash procedures, and complete venue reporting
n




- Work with the leadership team to put practical improvements into action
n

n

What we're looking for

n

n
- Leadership experience in a pub, hotel, club or similar hospitality venue
n
- Confidence coordinating different areas of the venue and making decisions
n
- A hands-on leader who sets explicit expectations and brings out the best in people
n
- Experience with venue administration, cash management and reporting
n
- Current NSW RSA and RCG, with ARCG completed or willingness to complete it before supervising gaming operations
n
- Availability across days, nights, weekends and public holidays
n
