Job Description Ishaanvi Constructions Pty Ltd We are looking for askilled and reliable Carpenter with experience in residential and commercial construction, specialising in framing, general carpentry, renovations, repairs, installations, and finishing work. Experienced in reading and interpreting plans, taking accurate measurements, and using a wide range of hand and power tools.

Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship, workplace safety, and completing projects efficiently and to a high standard. Able to work independently or as part of a team while meeting deadlines and maintaining a professional approach on every job.

Task & Responsibilities

Review and interpret architectural drawings, building plans, and project requirements to carry out work accurately.

Build, assemble, fit, restore, and maintain timber frameworks, structures, and components.





Undertake a variety of carpentry tasks including framing, roofing, cladding, formwork, and detailed finishing.

Fit and install doors, windows, flooring, cabinetry, trims, and various construction materials.

Deliver completed work to a high level of quality while meeting specified project requirements and tolerances.

Adhere to WHS procedures, site regulations, and safe work practices while keeping the work area clean and organised.

Conduct thorough checks of completed tasks to confirm workmanship, measurements, and compliance with Australian building requirements.

Coordinate effectively with supervisors, contractors, and other trades to ensure projects progress smoothly and remain on schedule.

Assess construction issues as they arise and implement practical solutions without compromising safety, efficiency, or quality.

Qualifications & Experience

Certificate III qualification in Carpentry.

Practical experience in building, construction, and general maintenance is highly desirable.

Professional, respectful, and customer-focused approach when communicating with clients.

Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work effectively with others.

Consistently deliver quality workmanship with a strong focus on client satisfaction.

Additional Knowledge Knowledge of and commitment to workplace health and safety (WHS/OH&S;) procedures. Current Australian Driver’s Licence and valid White Card.
