Egis Group is seeking a hands-on Technology Support Lead to run frontline IT across four QLD offices in Brisbane. You will deliver advanced Level 2 support spanning hardware, software and meeting room/AV while driving service improvements and acting as the trusted IT voice for engineering and project delivery teams. You will manage one direct report, travel between sites, and be the key link between local operations and the global IT organisation, ensuring our people and projects run smoothly.
