Prepare and cook high-quality vegetarian and vegan dishes Train, mentor, and oversee junior kitchen staff, helping them grow and develop their skills Maintain kitchen hygiene and organization Work closely with the team to create seasonal menus Ensure food safety standards are met Contribute to the overall success of our restaurant Skill & Experience
