Stylist Project Manager

to join our Staging Department.

This is not simply a styling role.

It is an opportunity to combine

creativity, interiors, project management and people leadership

while taking genuine ownership of the projects and team members you lead.

The Opportunity As a Stylist Project Manager, you will own residential staging projects from initial planning and selections through to installation and completion.

You will develop the creative vision, select furniture and styling elements, lead your project team and ensure every installation is delivered beautifully, efficiently, safely and on time.

You will also have team members reporting to you.

That means success is measured not only by how incredible the finished property looks, but also by how effectively you lead your team, manage productivity and deliver against agreed standards, KPIs and project expectations.

What You Will Be Responsible For

Creating and delivering the styling vision for residential staging projects.

Selecting furniture, artwork, accessories, soft furnishings and styling elements.

Project managing jobs from preparation and selections through installation and completion.

Leading Stylists, Junior Stylists, Stylist Assistants and other team members allocated to your projects.

Setting clear expectations and ensuring responsibilities are understood.

Driving performance against project timelines, KPIs, productivity, labour utilisation and quality standards.

Coaching, developing and providing feedback to your team while addressing performance issues when required.

Taking ownership when projects do not go to plan and finding solutions quickly.

Working closely with Creative Direction, Warehouse & Logistics, Sales & Service and Staging Management.

Continuously identifying opportunities to improve quality, efficiency and team performance.

Your Background Could Be Different You do

not

necessarily need to come from traditional property styling.

Experience in interiors, furniture, visual merchandising or property styling is valuable, but we are equally interested in people who already understand how to

lead teams and deliver results in a performance-driven environment .

You may currently be a:

Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Department Manager, 2IC, 3IC, Team Leader or Visual Merchandising Leader.

You may come from homewares, furniture, interiors, fashion, lifestyle or large-format retail environments similar to:

Pillow Talk, Adairs, Freedom, Early Settler, Bed Bath N’ Table, Spotlight, IKEA

or other structured retail businesses.

If you have strong visual instincts and already know how to lead people, manage standards, work to KPIs and create a great customer experience, your skills may translate extremely well into property styling.

About You You are someone who enjoys both

You love interiors, furniture and visual presentation, but you also enjoy organising people, solving problems and seeing a team perform well.

You are comfortable:
