JMT Civil is looking for a People & Culture qualified to join our team in Gregory Hills.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working closely with people and wants the opportunity to genuinely shape the employee experience within a growing business.

You’ll work across the full employee lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding through to performance, engagement, policies, compliance and day-to-day employee support.

The role will include:

Managing recruitment and onboarding across the business

Supporting managers with employee relations and performance matters

Developing and maintaining HR policies, procedures and documentation

Coordinating training, development and employee initiatives

Supporting performance reviews and probation processes





Maintaining employee records and HR compliance

Helping drive workplace culture, engagement and retention

Supporting the leadership team with general People & Culture matters

We’re looking for someone who is approachable, organised and confident dealing with people at all levels of the business. The role requires someone who can work confidently in a fast-paced environment while effectively managing both employee needs and HR compliance requirements.

Experience within civil construction, transport, infrastructure or a similar industry would be highly regarded.
