to lead the showroom team, own commercial performance across the state and be the face of the brand to the designers, architects and builders who specify their work. This is a true player-coach role.

You’ll lead the team while carrying your own portfolio of key clients and personal sales target. It’s ideal for someone who wants to step into senior leadership without stepping away from clients, projects and the sales process. Key Responsibilities

Carry a portfolio of key accounts and personal sales target, leading from the front on high-value projects

Lead, coach and develop the showroom and business development team, with clear accountability for activity, conversion and revenue

Own state revenue performance, from pipeline generation through to close, combining your own results with the team's

Maintain and build strong relationships with designers, architects, builders and industry partners to grow brand presence and specification opportunities

Ensure every client interaction reflects the premium positioning of the brand, from consultation and product presentation through to end-to-end client care





Oversee showroom operations and presentation, including visual merchandising, stock, resourcing and day-to-day service delivery

Maintain CRM accuracy, pipeline forecasting and reporting to the Directors

Plan and deliver showroom events, client functions and industry activations in partnership with Marketing

Analyse sales and team performance, identify opportunities and risks, and implement strategies to improve results

Skills & Experience

Senior specification sales experience within the A&D; sector, with a strong understanding of how projects are won through the design and build channel

Previous leadership experience with responsibility for commercial performance and team outcomes

Proven ability to carry a personal sales target while leading and developing a team

Solid track record in business development, relationship management and project conversion

Confident coach and people leader who can create accountability while maintaining a collaborative team culture

Established relationships across designers, architects, builders and industry partners

Commercially minded, with a strong understanding of sales performance, pipeline management and financial metrics

Highly organised and confident managing competing priorities and client escalations

Experience within a luxury, premium or design-led brand highly regarded
